You agree to review the Terms and Conditions and the relevant rules and regulations periodically and to be updated of such changes. 2. Member's Account and Account Information:

A. You certify that You are at least 18 years of age. (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority).

B. You hereby agree to provide Liveasiangirlcams.com with true, complete and up-to-date information regarding Your registration information. F. Members whose accounts have been terminated by Liveasiangirlcams.com may not access liveasiangirlcams.com.

G. Cancellation of Your account: You may cancel Your account on liveasiangirlcams.com at any time, by emailing support@lagcam.com with cancel in the subject line.

H. Termination of Your account: Liveasiangirlcams.com reserves the right to terminate Your usage of liveasiangirlcams.com at any time without prior notification. In cases of termination of Your usage of liveasiangirlcams.com due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Charges, Billing and Payments:

A. Liveasiangirlcams.com has no basic fee for membership. However, certain of the Communications Services and other features on liveasiangirlcams.com do cost money. The applicable rates or the methods by which the applicable rates are determined are described on liveasiangirlcams.com, generally at the location from which You enter a paying service.

B. Where Video Chat is chargeable, the prices for the Video Chats are per-minute prices and are disclosed to You prior to Your entrance into the Video Chat room or prior to the charge becoming applicable.

D. Each time You purchase credits for the Communications Services and other non-free features of liveasiangirlcams.com, you, agree that Liveasiangirlcams.com is authorized to charge Your credit card. You must refer to that agreement and not these Terms and Conditions regarding Your rights and liabilities as a credit card holder.

E. It is hereby clarified that Liveasiangirlcams.com has the right, at its own and sole discretion and at all time, to change the billing and payments methods and to add or remove other methods regarding the billing and payments issues. Please note that in any case of a charge back occurring from Your credit card to one or more charges of Liveasiangirlcams.com, Your account will be terminated immediately and all of Your credits in liveasiangirlcams.com system will be forfeited, and al your details will be blocked. In the event that an actual refund is issued, all refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

5. Emails and Spam:

14. Severability:

To the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any specific term or terms of these Terms and Conditions is/are unenforceable, the other terms of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

15. Waiver:

No employee, agent or representative, including without representation a customer service representative, of liveasiangirlcams.com shall be entitled to waive any term of this Agreement.
